Leary Gates

Leary Gates is the founder of BoldPath Life Strategies, as well as two high technology service businesses and a number of non-profit organizations. As a business man, husband, and father of four teenage and adult children, he confronts daily the stresses and challenges that many men face in integrating their calling as men of God in a variety of settings. His personal life mission is to ignite change and inspire breakthrough with leaders and within the organizations they lead. For over twenty-five years he has counseled and discipled men, taught adult bible studies and led numerous men's ministry programs. Leary co-founded the IronWorks ministry (website) where he, along with Pastor Roger Thompson, co-teach men in the Twin Cities area. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Coalition of Ministries to Men (website), an organization representing more than half of the churches in America. Leary is the BoldPath Managing Director, overseeing the teaching programs and development activities and serves as the Chairman on the BoldPath board.

Gordon Ellison

Gordon Ellison has held a variety of corporate and pastoral positions. His ministry background has included marriage and family, single adults, team-building, leadership and organizational development, adult small groups, curriculum design, personal coaching and discipleship.  He has a heart for encouraging men toward balanced growth, strengthening them in their personal life stewardship and service for the Lord and the Kingdom.

Gordon provides project coordination and leads the promotion and communication programs.

Deb Brist

Deb Brist has served in many lay ministry capacities and has been employed in ministry non-profit organizations, providing administrative support and event planning.

Deb provides administrative support for BoldPath.

Eric Larson

Eric Larson is an Academic Technology Consultant at the University of St. Thomas. As an experienced technologist, Eric has a broad background in online learning, social media, web analytics, web development, adult learning, human resource development, video production, spiritual development and media.

Eric is the BoldPath technology and learning systems advisor.

Tim Lemmens

Tim Lemmens is a singer/songwriter from Big Lake, Minnesota, and is the founder of Rhythm Water Productions. He travels regionally and nationally, giving concerts and leading worship in a wide variety of settings, both as a soloist, and with his band. With 20 years of full-time ministry and 5 recordings under his belt, Tim is a well-seasoned minister. He has ministered alongside Leary Gates since the beginning of BoldPath and has led worship at every 24 Hours to Impact conference.

Steve Jorgensen

Steve Jorgensen has spent the past 23 years of his business life in executive sales and sales management for technology related companies. He has served in multiple capacities in several men's minstry programs in his church. He has a passion for seeing men live out their faith in the workplace and personal lives. Steve can relate to the everyday struggles a man faces in the world today.

Steve coordinates the BoldPath conferences and workshops.
